Riva Institute of Aesthetics Online Enrollment Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment Process:

   • All students must complete the online enrollment form accurately and provide all required documentation.

   • Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by Riva Institute of Aesthetics.

   • The institute reserves the right to decline enrollment if the eligibility criteria are not met.

2. Payment Terms:

   • A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your place in the course.

   • Full payment of tuition fees must be made by the specified due date. Payment plans may be available upon request.

   • Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in the cancellation of enrollment.

3. Course Materials:

   • All course materials provided by Riva Institute of Aesthetics are for personal use only and cannot be distributed or shared.

   • Additional materials or equipment may need to be purchased by the student, depending on the course.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

   • The registration fee is non-refundable.

   • Refunds for tuition fees will only be considered if a cancellation request is received in writing at least 14 days before the course start date.

   • No refunds will be given once the course has commenced.

5. Course Changes and Cancellation:

   • Riva Institute of Aesthetics reserves the right to change course dates, times, content, or instructors if necessary.

   • In the event of course cancellation by the institute, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

6. Attendance and Participation:

   • Students are required to attend all scheduled classes and complete all assignments to successfully complete the course.

   • The institute reserves the right to withdraw students who do not meet the attendance requirements.

7. Certification:

   • Certificates will only be awarded to students who have met all course requirements, including attendance, participation, and assessments.

   • Certification may be subject to external examination or verification processes as outlined by accrediting bodies.

8. Code of Conduct:

   • Students must adhere to the institute’s code of conduct, which includes respect for instructors, staff, and fellow students.

   • Any form of misconduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the course.

9. Liability:

   • Riva Institute of Aesthetics is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs on the premises.

   • Students are responsible for their own safety and well-being while attending the course.

10. Privacy Policy:

    • Personal information collected during the enrollment process will be kept confidential and used only for administrative purposes.

    • The institute may use student data for internal research and marketing purposes, with the option to opt out.

11. Amendments:
